Ecommerce Returns

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within a maximum of 30 days of the original invoice date from customers who purchased their Sanuk product from this Sanuk Canada website (

Please note: in the event of a return or exchange, any return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: We recommend sending your package back via a trackable method (eg: Canada Post or FedEx). Sanuk is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please do not put shipping labels on the product box, we recommend you use the original shipping box for returns. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item box is damaged.

Ecommerce Return Process:  

Should product need to be returned or exchanged, please email with the order number, style you wish to return or exchange and the reason for return or exchange. We will respond to you within 3 business days (excluding holidays) with further instructions.

Important Information about Our Standard Return Process:

The product being returned or exchanged must be free of wear and tear and must be in unworn condition (no dirt and debris on the sole or upper). Dirty or worn shoes will be returned to the customer and returns will not be processed. Product packaging must be in original new condition (no writing or shipping labels on the exterior of the product box)
