Sanuk Canada processes and ships in stock items within 2 business days. We ship all Canadian orders from our warehouse in Surrey B.C. Canada. If your item goes out of stock prior to shipment, you will be contacted via email.

Shipping

Ground Shipping is FREE for orders $45 or over. Otherwise, Ground Shipping $10.00 (5-10 days), Express Shipping $24.00 (3-5 days).

Pending order verification and payment approval, orders placed prior to 11:00am PST (M-F excluding national Canadian holidays) should arrive as specified in the table and map below.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are possible for purchases made from Shopsanuk.ca, a maximum for 30 days from receipt of order. Should a product need to be returned or exchanged please CLICK HERE and complete our online return request form. We will respond to you with further instructions. Please note, in the event of a return or exchange, any shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

WARRANTY POLICY

If you feel there is a manufacturers defect with your Sanuk product, please email us at customercare@shopsanuk.ca with the following information: proof of purchase (invoice, receipt) and a brief description and photo of the issue. After evaluation, we will respond to you with further instructions.
